The Bill (Reg. No.3584) specifies regulations of the effective Law, determines the order of actions of issuers and investors in case the paper issue is recognized as invalid or the issuer fails to endorse the report concerning results of distribution of securities.
Moreover, the Bill establishes a 60-day period for approval of results of securities distribution after the securities were distributed.
